Cheryl Cole: ‘I hate looking thin’

April 21, 2009 by Clark

Eat a pie, then! The Girls Aloud star has said in an interview with Grazia magazine that she hates looking thin. The singer, nicknamed ‘Flatty Batty’ by some heartless wretches, said ‘I don’t want to be thin, I hate looking thin. I don’t want to be up and down like a lollipop lady. It’s not a good look. I hate that women feel guilty about eating. Just treat yourself.’

That’s the spirit, Cheryl, It is heartening to hear a celeb telling the public to be normal. The media’s obsession with weight and body shape can drive girls to become incredibly unhealthy and depressed. What everyone needs to remember is that it’s not a sin to be a healthy weight and size. Cheryl can’t really avoid staying thin, with her rigorous training and dance regime while touring.

Doesn’t it feel good to know that someone so famous and attractive envies a curvy figure? Good stuff, Cheryl.
