Bryce Dallas Howard cast in Twilight: Eclipse

Bryce Dallas Howard, who has appeared in Spider-Man 3 and Terminator Salvation, has been announced to be playing the vampire Victoria in the third film of the Twilight franchise, Eclipse.

Bryce will replace Rachelle Lefevre for the film, according to Variety magazine.

Victoria, as already seen, is an evil vampire with a grudge against Bella, who is played by Kirsten Stewart in the movie adaptations of Stephanie Meyer’s hit novels.

The recasting is apparently due to schedule difficulties on the part of Lefevre. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is set to start principal photography next month.
