The Twilight Saga: Eclipse To Be “More Of A Horror Film”

Movie director David Slade has stated that The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third movie in the vampire romance series, is to have a rather harder edge to it, bordering on being a true horror film.

This may well refer to the brutal murders that Bella (Kristen Stewart) is investigating while she struggles with her feelings about the whole love triangle she has going on with Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner).

This would be a great thing for the series, and would possibly bring it a little more credibility along with continued success.

There has been additional controversy recently surrounding an alleged test screening of the film. It was claimed that the new movie had already been shown to an audience, despite its release being so far away.

Apparently this isn’t true, but it is a possibility that such a screening would take place soon to accommodate any re-shoots that would need to be done.

Whatever happens, this film won’t have as much controversy around it as the next one will, considering the grotesque (SPOILER ALERT……..) birth scene in which Edward rips Bella’s stomach open…
