Today, Lady Gaga was spotted at LAX sporting a metallic gold jacket, black fishnets and not much else—except for an outrageous new tattoo! The meat wearing singer sported a decent-sized unicorn on her upper left thigh which included the words “Born This Way”—which is both the title of her upcoming album and a phrase from her infamous 2010 VMA acceptance speech. Lady GaGa has been the undisputed celebrity icon this year. In terms of music, persona, outrageous outfits and star quality, nobody even comes close. While she has her detractors (even here at Celebrity Star Journal), there is no denying that Lady GaGa has been the dominating force in the world of celebrity in 2009.
While there was the notorious scandal concerning her gender, there has been no stopping her. Her album ‘The Fame’ continued to sell in massive amounts throughout the year, and then came the latest release, ‘The Fame Monster‘. This new 8 track CD was backed up by an additional CD- The Fame itself – and was another huge hit in all its formats.

There’s more to Lady Gaga than just a ripped-off 80s look. There’s a bunch of ripped-off pop songs with cheesy 90s synths too. While the sings may be memorable, there’s nothing new or innovative on offer here, and after all the furore made about Lady Gaga’s style ideas, the music is surprisingly insipid, lifeless and dull.
